On 06-09-2023 I placed an order online to Tewksbury Ma Applebee and went to pick it up on car side to go, I was told that the order would be ready at 5:24 pm, I got there at 5:25pm and waited for my food in space 1 and I waited and waited and waited, a car pulled in and 5 minutes later they got their food and the staff member saw me in the space but I waited and waited and at 5:50 pm I went in and stated I was told it was being ready by 5:24 and still haven't got it, staff was very uncaring and took at least 3 to 4 minutes to bring it out. On the receipt it shows it was ready at 5:26pm, so what was the issue of not bringing it out. Then, when I got home (5-minute drive) my wife opened her haddock and fries dinner and the haddock it was cold and very unappetizing it was hard as a rock and very small, the fries were cold and the coleslaw was watery, my blacken shrimp Alfredo, the broccoli was raw and the pasta was al dente and the sauce was very, very thick only good thing was the shrimp may sons dinner was Bourbon steak and he ordered it medium and it came medium well to well done and was very chewy and the garlic potatoes was edible to say the least, I was give this Applebee a rating of a 3 and would never recommend it for a good meal or a place to order out.
