Captain D's - Drive-thru customer service

I went through the drive thru at the Captain D's in Louisville KY, Store# 3532 or 3582 on Dec 8, 2023 at 20:17. We had a long wait using the drive thru, but that was going to be okay. The experience went okay up until the server at the window asked if we wanted any sauces. We asked for tarter and vinegar. She left the window to complete our order and put the sauces in and came to the window. Well, I forgot that I had ordered a baked potato and asked for butter when she returned to the window. The server gave made the biggest sighing sound as if we had asked her to go back and cook up a buffet sized meal. She never acknowledged the request with a yes, sure or anything, but instead closed the window, reached down and got the butter, put it in our bag and pretty much shoved the bag out the window and slammed the window shut. She never said thank you, come back to see us. She never even said anything about the long, extended wait that we had in the drive thru. She shoved our bag out the window, giving a glare to us in the car and shut that sliding door hard enough for us to hear it close. I took that as her making a point thqt we pissed her off. I've never experienced any bad customer service at this location before last night and was pretty shocked that it happened. I didn't want to speak to the manager at that store last night because I feel like nothing would be addressed. I want my complaint to go higher because her behavior was absolutely uncalled for. She got mad because we asked for her to do something that is a part of her job. Sounds like a personal problem and a bad representation on the Captain D's company. My receipt shows my order# as 0221; GS: Phylicia; Guest# 003. I'm not asking for anything except that the employee be addressed about her bad/poor behavior with a customer. It was uncalled for and we didn't deserve it as she was only doing her job that she is there getting paid to do. I kept my cool as I really wanted to address her myself, but it wouldn't have been nice. She turned her back to us and would never turn back around to face us after slamming that door shut anyway.

Desired outcome: A conversation to be had with the employee in question and a response to my complaint please.
