Paid for reservation winter motel pay for reservation online. When I was on my 2nd day of staying there. I was just having another day of staying that should already paid for turns out there was a graduation issue that he had already booked the room for somebody else and I agreed peacefully to leave the room a day early. So they could have your reservation. And people were coming to have their place to stay. The guy told me you would help me out later on to give me another room when I needed it. Since you're one, that big deal is a time for me. I'm currently needing that room and now they're not trying to honor that I would like to speak to somebody who can help with the situation.
Desired outcome: For them to honor their word and let me have the room that was promised to me at a later date when I needed it
