Consumer beware ! These people are crooks in every sense of the word. They take your money, do substandard work ( if they do the work at all). Then lie to you. They are extremely rude, and try very hard to make you believe that you do not know what you are talking about when you try to explain your complaint to them. Then, they give you an email address in order to make a complaint, you can't talk to anyone. Their customer service, leaves a lot to be desired.

Took the car in for a complete interior and exteror detail on May 9, 2013. I left with a dirty car.

They did not wash it, or detail it. They did however vacumn the interior, and sprayed something on the windsheild that was difficult to remove.

The salesperson, told me, bring it back. Yeah Ok you had it all day and it looks worse now than it when I dropped it off.

Basically left with a dirty car.

I really wish I had googled them before taking the car in.

Just do your research! There are far more places around Indianapolis that will appreciate your business and do a much better job... I found this out after.
