KFC - The service, amount of time I waited for food and your web page not working

On onAug4, I went to your KFC store in Kokomo, Indiana at about 7:25 pm. I want to order one of the specials online. THAT NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE NEITHER I OR THE EMPLOYEE COULD GET THE SITE TO WORK, The offer was for 24.99, but I ended up paying 43 dollars for the same because I had to order it all separately. Not a good thing for a person on a fixed income. Also they had no chicken cooked to serve. No chicken or no chicken nuggets none. I wait over 35 minutes to get my order. The employees were very rude and not friendly at all. I was even short one of my biscuits because they ran out of them too. it was my favorite place for chicken. not sure I will ever go back again. very, very disappointed in the service and very thing about my experience. This is not the first time this happened a few weeks ago I order chicken strips. They had none of those cooked either waited thirty minutes for those too

Desired outcome: some type of compensation for all the extra expenses. No one should have to wait over 30 twice for their order and still not get everything they paid for. Thank you for letting me tell you about my experience.
