Texas Roadhouse - My child standing outside in the cold and wind in 33 degree weather

Texas Roadhouse in Anderson had my 16 year old daughter outside during a winter wind advisory in 33 degree weather for hours. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Tanya and Shannon both said they were rotating her out and called my daughtetr a lier when she said she had been out ther for hours. This is outrageous given the tempature and wind outside today! No one should have been outside, for any amount of time in this weather. I don't care how many heaters there have out there.

3/12/2022

Desired outcome: The management needs to be reviewed and repremanded for making anyone be outside tonight! There needs to be a policy in place for severe weather.

Texas Roadhouse - needed repair in men's room!

We dine at four different locations within a 35 mile radius to our home. Anderson, IN Texas Roadhouse is one that we dine in at least once a week and as many as three times, every week.
We diners there 7 days ago, and my husband returned from the men's room, stating in frustration, that the hook was not on the restroom door, so he had to hold his heavy leather coat while using the restroom (stall).
He reported it to the ladies at the front desk as we left, asking would they please tell the manager, and they said they would.
We dined there again today...and the hook, not a BIG deal, was still not replaced.
REALLY? The manager at this location has an attitude, and doesn't seem to care about the condition of the restroom areas.
All it takes is a HOOK, and 2 SCREWS!
A problem with a simple solution, five minutes with a screw driver.
Hope it is addressed soon...cold weather, coat weather is here to stay for several months. Let's get it fixed.
Thank you
