I was at the Macaroni Grill in O'hare airport for two hours, not by choice. First, my friends and I ordered a bottle of wine. The waitress scoffed and rolled her eyes. She did the same thing when we asked for a refill of our water. She even went to other tables and avoided ours. Finally, she let us sit without our check for 40 minutes until we found her and asked. She proceeded to mess up our check three different times.
The manager was not helpful and said "It will get better. Enjoy your trip."
Terrible service. Told multiple people about the instance and are astonished we even tipped.
