Auntie Anne's

I purchased (2) Auntie Anne's $20 localflavor.com certificates on 10/13/20. I have tried multiple times to use these certificates at the designated location (woodstock, GA outlet shoppes of ATL) to no avail. The cashiers have no clue how to use the certificate and they are clueless every time we go into the store. It is very embarrassing standing in line, placing an order and not being able to use the certificate. To be clear, we tried to use the certificates before and after the expiration date. The last attempt was this past weekend and I had to pay out of pocket for my order again as they could not figure out how to apply the discount/credit. I am sure I am not the only one this is happening to as they have no idea what the certificate even is. Please refund the price I paid for this order or provide me with a credit that I can apply to another certificate.
