Walmart

I went to Walmart store # 01153 Macon, GA on Harrison Road on June 14, 2022. I explained to the people greeter and customer service that I was bringing back a product. I got to the desk of customer service to exchange the ceiling fan light kit. I was refused the right to exchange it, because a sales associate lied to a manager and said that I cursed them out. I told the manager that it was not true. On the way out I asked the supervisor why did you fabricated your statement. Talked to the sheriff on duty that followed me out the store and told him that the manager lied, she was not even present during the conversation that I had with the sales associate. I recently contacted Walmart corporate office and the police officer's superior. The officer told me that I was banned. The way I was treated was unjustly and unnecessary.
