Hilton Honors Worldwide - Hampton Inn and suites in Lavonia Georgia

My name is Allan Minnig, I own a traffic control company which travels all over the state of Georgia as you can see by looking up my account. I have been working in Lavonia, Ga. We have stayed at this hotel before and we had problems then. Our guys asked if they could have cleaning done to their rooms and staff refused and gave them a hard time. I just brushed that off. So here we are again back working in the area again, so I booked the hotel thinking bygons be bygons. Well I was wrong. Being in construction we have to work at nights and sleep during the day which the hotel was aware of. On Friday morning instead of allowing the men to sleep for a couple hours they woke up our crews and told them they had to leave. I have stayed at many, many Hilton Hotels and never have I had this happen or been talked to the way the manager of this hotel spoke to me. She told me that we were on a no rent list and she should of never allowed us to stay. First I have never heard or ever been on any list like this we work 14-16 hour shifts and all we do when were not working is sleep. She then told me that the men had to get out now, I told her that we have a late check out. She didn't want to hear a word I said. She told me that we are not welcome back to the hotel. I spend a lot of money with Hilton. That is not a way I will be spoken to. I came over to Hilton from Marriott because I enjoyed the beds and service better. But after this incident I am seriously thinking of going to a different chain. This manager also kicked a family out in the same rude manner while we were leaving. I would hope that there is a standard that Hilton requires all there hotels to hold whether its a franchise or not. This woman should not be in a manager position, she definately lacks people skills to be in customer relations.

Expecting to hear back,
Allan Minnig

Desired outcome: Someone needs to talk to this manager about her people skills. Would like to hear a response.
