Mavis tire replaced my brakes, rotors, and calipers in March 2021. On August 4th I was driving down the road and the caliper on the front left tire completely fell off, locking up my front tire and causing me to almost wreck and shredding my front tire. I contacted the Buford, store on multiple attempts to resolve issue. The manger, ONiel, refuses to return my calls. I contacted customer support and was put in contact with Reginal Manager, John Zaucha. John, in a phone call, asked me to email him photos of the damage and receipts from the Tow, repair, and new tires and that Mavis would pay for the damages. He also said he would send me a email confirmation. After serval attempts to reach John by email and phone, he refuses to respond to me and follow through with anything he has said. It has been over three weeks since the incident and would like this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
Desired outcome: to receive a check in the amount of $945.54 for damages and expenses.
