Had a appointment at America's best at 1030am. Arrived 10mins early and checked it. Was directed kindly to the empty waiting room. Was seen for the beginning pressure test and screen then returned to waiting area for doctor exam. Waited 30mins. Another appointment arrived and checked in for 1115. They also did the pressure test and returned to waiting area. Doctor became avaliable and called the customer who checked in at 1115. It's now 1130 and I ask the front desk when I will be seen. She said I just had to check out. I informed her I had not been seen yet? She said oh, you can change your appointment to later? I've already waited a hour and got ignored, why would I change my appointment?
Desired outcome: None. Do better.
