I checked into your hotel at 5801 military trail, West Palm Beach, fl on July 10, 2023 at 3;58 pm and left for a business meeting. I returned at 9:00 pm and was approached by two males asking if I wanted to buy crack cocaine, I obviously refused. While waiting for the elevator, I was approached by a prostitute, again refusing. When I arrived at my room, there was a group of youths hanging out in the hallway. I felt very unsafe and left the hotel. The next day I contacted the manager for a refund and he refused. I paid for a week, $632.05. I am trying one last time to resolve this issue with you. If not resolved within 48 hours, I will file a small claims suit and inform the court during the proceedings that you are running a drug hotel at this location.
