It is 9:18 and Burlington closes at 10pm. The manager decided to close the fitting rooms at 9pm from now on so they wouldn't have things to clean up when the store closes. Well, I am a paying customer with a son who's suit pants went missing and he has a wedding to attend in the morning. We do not have time for a mistake. I need to know these pants fit without any issues. Isn't that the advantage of a brick and mortar store? To be able to try things on. I am VERY disappointed that Burlington would allow this practice and lost a sale over it. We went next door where they have an open fitting room.
Desired outcome: Keep the dressing room open during store hours.
