Recently went to the Burger King at 1725 US Hwy 1South, St Augustine Fl. When I asked for a cup to put some water in, the charge was 12 cents for an empty disposable paper cup. I definitely had a problem with that. Also the restaurant overall was untidy with trash left on the tables and the floor. A homeless man had his head on the table by the entrance and was fast asleep. We found all those negative elements made us decide never to return to that Burger King again.
Desired outcome: A cup for water should not cost 12 cents and clean up the store. It is not a homeless shelter.
