I went through the drive thru at What-A-Burger. The woman at the window said the driver in front of me paid for my order and drove off. She told me to park and said they would re-make my order hot and fresh. So I parked. She brought me my food and I went home. I regret that I didn't check my order because they screwed it up, again. It's bad enough that they lost track of the orders and gave my order to the driver in front of me, but then they screw up my order. So, I called the number on my receipt to complain. What really upsets me is that the manager on the he didn't care. He told me to come in the next day for a free burger, and apologized. But I was curious why he didn't want any information from the receipt. I even asked him if he wanted any information from the receipt, but he said he didn't. That tells me that as a manager that he is used to incompetence, screwing up customer's orders, and he doesn't care who did it or the circumstances. That is a really bad manager/ He should have asked me who the cashier was, so that he could talk with her. This What-A-Burger needs a better managers.
Desired outcome: I would like for someone to talk to the manager and explain to him that tolerating messed up orders as the norm is not acceptable. He didn't care who messed up my order.
