Been told that clients are not allowed to drop weights when they are dropping constantly throughout the day which is startling our elderly clients and staff. This is causing walls, pictures, and doors to vibrate to point the weights sound like they are about to come through the ceiling which happens to be overtop of staff and lobby area. The owner was informed but says this is not helping and that we could go up to see/listen for ourselves. Our response back was for him to come down and listen from our office. We are keeping a log of dates and timeframes. For a week straight... it has been pretty much most of each day with a few minutes of nothing. Please assist on minimizing the issue.
Desired outcome: Please assist on minimizing the issue with some sort of padding under the location of the weights.
