My name is Madelaine Plutin, 11/27/20 I was in the store to Return or change some shoes that I had bought at the beginning of the week, at the time I tried them in the store do not notice that they did not really fit me, yesterday I decided to wear them which I felt very uncomfortable with them how tight when walking, today I decided to go to the store to see if I could exchange them for a larger size, in the store located in the NE of Miami, I meet Mrs. Alexandra Gribales who had a rude and negative attitude towards me, told me that they could not make the change that I had to stay with them, I explained that as I could stay with shoes that do not fit me, she told me that they are her rules Then I asked them to talk to the supervisor, the supervisor was listening to the conversation with a rather unpleasant attitude, the lady Alexandra told me that she did not speak Spanish and then I told her that I spoke some English, then I explained again what happened to me, with an attitude similar to that of Alexandra told me not to I didn't know or tell myself when I bought the shoes that this company has those rules, I felt quite distressed, since finding people like that in a store of such high prestige treat the customers with those negative and rude attitudes, and not to help solve the problem or talk to the customer in another way more correct I don't go back to that store anymore and I wouldn't recommend it, I felt battered by the two of them, even if the rules are those must have a better attitude towards the client and try to explain in a more cordial and respectuous way, I hope you can help me by solving the problem or changing my shoes to another number Please, I expect a response from you soon.
