I too wrote a book using their publishing company. The book was out in November 2023. I have been requesting Royalties for last 2 months. I have sent the requested w9, emails, spoke to my rep and went into the office. They keep sending emails requesting the same documentation. In addition all of my contracted services to them have been paid in full; but they fail to pay my royalties. In addition, I have ordered books over 4 weeks ago and have not received them. I order the same book ( which I wrote) through Amazon and received it within one week. When I aske the company about ordering books for future signings; they suggested I order through Amazon. This is both dishonest and unethical. Everyone in this company is of poor character and integrity.

Xulon Press - Publishers royalties
I published a book titled Society's Revenge in 2014 with Xulon Press. Since my contract was signed with this company I have been underrepresented. Specifically, there has been -0- Royalties paid. No contact return from the company since December 2015. I tried to contact them today 10/23/2023 again with no human contact availability. ISBN #[protected]
Desired outcome: All back royalties paid.
