I have been going to Whole Foods at 1440 P Street NW in Washington DC for twenty years. I usually shop late as I et out of work late. The last two times I was there a security guard has come promptly at closing and told me to leave in a rude manner. One time I was told to leave three times in three minutes. I understand the need to close the store and I was heading out both times. But there’s no need for the rudeness. Both were uniformed policemen.
I havw very much enjoyed the politeness I’ve formerly experienced at Whole Foods. Has your policy changed?
When I got to the roof parking the lights were all turned off and I almost tripped on the uneven pavement. This is clearly not practicing safety.
Then when I got to the payment machine it was turned off so I could not get out. I had to go to the store and rap on the window for assistance. I tried calling the store and no one was picking up. This was at approximately 10:15.
Clearly there is much wrong with management at the P Street location.
People pay more to buy from you and there are many other options.
