On Friday 5/14/21 I spent over an hour talking with Gina Grimm at 12000 N Washington St. Thornton CO [protected] regarding a business checking account for my business. I am a Mortgage Broker and I find customers and broker the meeting between the customer and the lender, I am not a lender. I explained this on Friday. I also called Gina Grimm on Monday to see about the application and to make sure she had coded it properly - at that time I reiterated that I am a broker, not a lender, I arrange the meeting between a customer and a lender. Yesterday I received a message from Gina that she needed more information but she neglected to tell me what was needed. I called her all day today 5/19/21, that branch lets the phone ring and doesn't answer it, then it was busy several times and when I finally got through, Gina Grimm was with another customer and supposed to call me back. She called me back about 4:55 pm asking me exactly what does my business do... I told her again, for the 3rd time, I broker loans, I find a customer and send them to the right lender. I expressed my frustration as this is the third time I told her this and I've been working on this since last Friday, she asked if I wanted to speak to her Manager and I said yes, then she put me on hold and the phone hung up. When I called back because she waited until almost close of business to reach out to me, it was 5:00 pm and my call went to voicemail. This is extremely frustrating and I would either like my account opened or a reason that my account has been denied in writing.
Desired outcome: I want my business checking account set up or a reason it is denied in writing.
