I purchased our Sleep Number bed in February and started having problems
with it in March. I started calling in early April about the problems and requested them to send me a new mattress as advertised. I called the original manager we purchased the bed from in April. I continued to call the store and the new manager Chris and I have spoken 3 additional times. Each time he promised to get our mattress replaced and has not done so. The Store is located at 7620 N.
