I came in for a root touch up and trim. I left with dark brown hair that covered my blind highlights and several inches taken off. She cut the hair freestyle and did not cut clear layers. Then she applied a very dark brown root touch up to my light brown hair and proceeded to finger comb it through my hair as she talked to me lost in thought. It left odd small blond patches like a leopard. I have unnaturally dark brown hair now and am embarrassed to go to work or see anyone. I will have to pay to go somewhere else to fix this.
Desired outcome: Color correction
