To whom it may concern:
Does a 10:15am appointment really mean, a "whatever 15 appointment?" On Saturday 4/29/23, I was scheduled for a 10:15am appointment for tire replacements and I was not seen until 11:25am. "I ask, shouldn’t the time on the appointment mean just that?" I saw unattended cars just sitting on racks like they just got out of surgery and waiting for the Anesthesia to wear off. Then, I saw 3 available spaces while cars outside were backing up waiting to be serviced. Meanwhile, you already have our money since we pay upon scheduling the appointment. Should not you respect our time?
Maybe if the workers were not listening to the loud music, maybe more work could get done. I’m a construction worker and playing music is frowned upon for safety reasons, and I see no difference in a tire shop. The distractions could result in loose nuts on tires, or worse. Finally, I understand the time it takes for proper work to be done; however, this should not be at the cost of the customers time. I would suggest, If the workers are not properly performing their duties, then they should be replaced.
I look forward to hearing your response.
Costco - tire center
Hi,
I just want to do complaint.
back in 2014 I bought a set of tires for 2005 Toyota Tacoma. Drove it after tires been replace at costco. I was why the steering wheel keep pulling to the right. So went to do alignment. Still didnt help. Finally found out its pulling to the right because they replace the passenger wrong sizes. My father doesnt know anything about cars.
So we complain saying you guys need to replace 2 tires at warranty because you guys put on the WRONG size. Since the tires were worn to 60%. We have to pay 2 tires and was told was going to replace the other 2. found out they only did 3 tires and not the 4th one.
Today 3/16/18
the 4th old tires finally leaking air. After 30 mins inspection because the front desk guy was new. On duty manager told me they will warranty it. They said i have to pay $45.89 including tax. When i was picking it up. I wondering why i need to pay because they put on WRONG size the first place. I spend 3 time paying for alignment. I told them about it today they said i need to talk to a manager. Manager wasnt there.
I just want my refund for $45.89. I felt like I'm not suppose to pay.
