I arrived at the location at 5:30 PM. The happy hour was advertised at 3 to 6 PM. I ordered our meals an appetizer. The appetizer tasted disgusting, it was deep-fried with onion rings when I had ordered pretzels. It had a weird taste, so I requested for a different one. The second batch came back the same.
I was not honored the happy hour appetizer nor the milkshakes. When I questioned my server, she said the manager discounted it, and I asked her to please total it up to see how it adds up to regular price. She could not explain and I was charged regular price, I will not be returning to this location ever the manager did not seem to care, server approached him, and he just walked away I may be reached at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: Refund of my meal as I was charged incorrectly
