I went to the car wash off of romona expressway on 9-04-23 at 5:01pm my cars trunk and spoiler got really defected to where my I can fit my hand inisde my trunk and the spoiler broke off an employee was giving me a hard time I was asking if I can speak to his manager and he kept saying no till I went inside the gas station and had to ask other employees I also read the the car wash warning on what it didn’t cover but I still meet the requirements since those 2 parts are specifically FACTORY parts they’re not after market
Desired outcome: I just want my trunk and spoiler to get fixed
