Cinemark

To Whom It May Concern:

I don't believe I have ever taken time to write to a Company. On December 28th, 2019, I went to see a movie at your theatre, Cinemark and watched "Bombshell." It was a great movie from what I was able to see.

There were a few really bad things that I noticed at your theatre. The bathrooms didn't have hand towels; there was only one Concession stand at the front of the movie theatre, and we were in Movie theatre #9, which is clear at the other end of the your theatre. There was one young girl helping a line that had at least 15 people in line, plus their guests. I missed 20 minutes of the movie. The girl was so young, and I asked her to get help. She said there was no one else to help. Wow, meanwhile, I missed the best part of the movie, and was so disappointed, as I was just trying to get some popcorn, which is all of why you go to a movie!

I really wanted to let you know, that I feel that it's in the best interest of your theatre to get help so all of us can enjoy coming to your theatre and watching movies.
