Dollar Tree

Made a visit to your Store #5445 in Lancaster CA.
Cashier who helped me was named Jennifer who was quite rude when I asked for return change to include a $5 dollar bill as I needed it to put in a Bday card.
She told me in a rude tone that they were low on $5 bills and that she could not accommodate me. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me she was the manager. Then when I asked for the Corp Office # to file a complaint she advised me the phone number was on my receipt which was not true. The number on the receipt was to the store!

If this is the way a manager addresses a customer, I highly recommend you offer ethics training to her and your employees which should also consist of training to improve on their interpersonal & customer service skills.
