Due to the covid pandemic they changed the swim reservations around which I completely understand but the system they have now implemented it is almost virtually impossible to get a swim appointment I understand that it is a first come first serve basis but people cannot be sitting by the phone waiting for the hour to strike to rush on the computer and try to make a swim appointment that they can never seem to make because the reservations are always full
