Carl's Jr. - Horrible service

Made a order on the app

Went to the Carl’s Jr at 2400 white Ln Bakersfield Ca, at 2:40am I placed a order I arrive an they said there’s no order the guy was hella rude tells me “oh well we don’t have your order” I then pull up to the drive thru window an the guy wouldn’t talk to me a lady came up an said “did you order something “ I told her yeah I have a order right here showed her the confirmation number an she tell me to wait

Then she come’s back an tells me there is no order
To park in the front of the store
It is now 3:21am
I asked for there names a they said they don’t have to provide that.
The lady final comes out at 3:30am an tell me to come through the drive thru an they will figure it out
It is now 3:35am an the lady keeps asking me what I ordered
3:38am finally get my items
Get home an I’m missing the two cheese burgers
Yeah I’m done with Carls
