Took my jeep in for a wheel rotation and oil change on Wednesday 5/10/2023 to the Firestone branch at Happy Valley and 65th Avenue. When I picked the jeep up the service manager was concerned about the spacers in my wheels being dangerous. I took it to another shop to have it looked at. They told me the wheel nuts in the front of the car were hand tight and I was lucky to even drive the jeep safely to their shop.
The wheel spacers are not dangerous if they are properly maintained. But having lug nuts not tighened on the front wheels are. Needless to say I won't be going into Firestone again.
