ABC Financial Services - Debt
I started my membership at Planet Fitness in the summer of 2021, finally school came and was ready to cancel my membership. I have tried numerous times to cancel my membership via several methods but your system refused me and makes it nearly impossible to cancel. I even stopped using the debit card that was used for the membership but you continued to charge my card, sucking out all of the money I had and kept charging despite my efforts to cancel. Now I have a debt of $173 dollars which is completely unjustified and just plain robbery. My only desire is to depute this debt and cancel my membership.
Desired outcome: Cancellation of debt and cancellation of membership
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Please note that all cancellations are processed solely by Planet Fitness as ABC Fitness is not authorized to process these types of requests.
