management: rachardonnay

My self and my husband arrived at the store and I ordered the 20.00 special mixed, 2 large side ($22.00) total at the drive through. I was told by cashier that it would be 15 minutes on the white meat and I told her it was fine. MY spouse asked if he could get a complementary soda, since we were waiting, he was told no they could not give him a soda and he said ok. we told to please pull up and they would bring the food out.

After a while a worker brought my food to the car, the lady that handed me my food said, be careful, your beans going to waste out and the containers were laying on their side, a little of the juice had spilled but we, just said ok and pulled off. After traveling about a mile down the road my husband started to eat a piece of the chicken, there were no spoons, no napkins and we ok, just forget it and then he looed for the biscuits a nd they were not in the order, at this point I said we going back. I pulled up to the window and I informed the cashier that the biscuits were not in the bag, no spoons or napkins. She oh my bag sorry and proceed to ask for biscuits. Mt spouse said ok, since you all messed up the order can I get a soda. At that point the casher called the manager stating out loud that man that asked about a free soda at the window and wants to talk to you.
The lady came to the window, and with a nasty attitude she asked can I help you, I explained other that the biscuits, napkins and spoons were not in my bag. Her response was what did you order, I told her and handed my receipt. Again with an attitude, did you have the two sides or the three side and I told her the two side. She yells to the cashier, what happened to the biscuits, and the cashier said oh my bag they were not ready, when we filled the order, I am getting them now. I was then told I had to ask for spoons, (mind you have food that requires a spoon to eat), I said what about napkins and she stated oh my bag I suppose to give you napkins and then asked do you needs the trays also, I said yes.
My husband asked for the manager again asked if he could get a complementary soda, and she raised her voice to him and said a soda cost 2.99 and no I will not give you a soda, it will be a apple pie or a Oreo, and he said no, can I get a soda since you all messed up our order. She raised her voice and said you don't tell me what to give you, he said even if I am the customer and you all messed up, she said it will be a apple pie or a Oreo and that it. My husband said ok, you don't have to raise your voice and you have a blessed day and she shut the window
This one of your stores that I will never spend my money at again.
