Sonic Drive-In - Service of Sydney Rhodes from jasper sonic

I'm not necessarily complaining at all I went to the sonic here in jasper al and ordered my usual rt 44 limeade and pretzel and I noticed a girl who kept walking out of the door and walking back and forth so I asked my husband what could she possibly be doing but he wasn't sure himself so we continued to watch her and she walked past my car looked at me and smiled then proceeded to go back inside well a few moments later she came back outside and this time she started at stall 11 and went to every car speaking to each and every one of us my thought was someone's order must be lost or something then she came up to my vehicle so I rolled my window down not knowing what was about to be said but she looked at me with the biggest smile and asked how my husband and I day was going and that once out food was brought out if we needed anything just hit the red button and she would gladly take care of us and she didn't stop there she continued to talk and it amazed me how sweet this little girl was and made me happy that she took time out of her day just to talk and communicate with customers her care for us was what we haven't seen at sonic the whole 8 years weve been going there. We was treated with the most upright respect instead of snobby attitude teenagers that we was use to. Thank you ms Sydney for the best customer service I've encountered in a long time

Desired outcome: We will definitely be back to see her

Sonic Drive-In - Customer service / Food

They tell me they won't do bbq chicken in a small size and was very sarcastic about

it. but i understand they don't do that. well i ask for it on the side. he got done taking my order and bring me out my food and i came home and there is no bbq in this bag at all and my chicken? non existent. it's fried breadcrumbs. i have 1 chicken out of this whole thing. ive been in fast food for years and i've NEVER seen this done just WOW. i call and apparently the man taking my order was the MANAGER. and he hung up on me. ridiculous.

Sonic Drive-In - served a drink that was tampered with

The sonic in jasper alabama does not like to honor coupon. received a coupon from the sonic in jasper al for a free drink. went to redeem the coupon and was told they would not take the coupon because the code was wrong. I call the 800 number and that is the code i was given. So I told her I would call again while I was in the drive thru to get the correct code she wanted. while i was on the phone trying to get her the code number she wanted a lady gave me a drink. unfortunately she did not give me a diet coke that I ordered. She put a small amount of coke in and then filled it up with water. I hope that is all she put in my drink is water. Would not every recommend that sonic to anyone. You try to use a coupon and they will tamper with your food

hi my name is samantha and i work at sonic and i was harrase by my boss and i call the corp.office and notting was done, i call all the time they didnt take care of the problem i lost my job because i try to tell somebody

My Boyfreind went to sonic this evening before close. He ordered us two super sonic burger meals with bacon. Well all was fine till he got home. I opened up my burger and it was competeley raw. Oh his was also. but he didn't notice untill after hehad took a bite. I'm hpeing he dosen't get sick. I certainly won't be eating at sonic any more. And I will advise everyone else to check their food before eating it!

we have a new manager in our store she has only been there for to weeks . and its sad to say she never comes to work if we need her she is at a braves game or mowing her yard her kids are always sick and there family only has one car .her husband is a manager at another sonic and i here he is never at work ether . what do we do
