I was so bummed when I got sent to this website to get my California birth certificate. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get it to me, which is a long time to wait. I paid for it and then found out that I had to print out the application myself and send it to California on my own. They didn't even give me an address to send it to! And on top of that, I had to pay more fees. What a ripoff! I was so mad that I reported them to the Attorney General for consumer fraud. I'm also going to post about it on Facebook so that other people don't get scammed like I did. This was a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend using this website to anyone.
