I have ordered 2x UGG boots without knowing it was a con! I have received the 2x and they are both the wrong size and they look terrible! I payed £125 for the ps. Is there a way of telling the bank about the transaction and investigate it or I have just lost that money?

I need some advise.

many thanks

carolina

I ordered two pairs of 'UGG' boots from this company, after being reassured that they where 100% genuine UGG boots, it is now the fourth week since paying for the boots, with still no sign of them being delivered, the company gave me a 'tracking number' for EMS but it just keeps saying that no informtion is available for that tracking number, i have also phoned parcelforce international and they said exactly the same, i am disgusted with the amount of money i have paid out and the service i have recieved, its most certainly put me off EVER buying online again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. This is a fake website, when you purchase some unusally "CHEAP" uggs, they are not delivered, and you have no way of contacting them to get your money back. They are not even from australia, they come from a chineese factory! This is absoloutely rediculous, if there is so many complaints on google about this website, why are they still allowed to be on the internet! Its absoloutely disgusting. If you have ordered from the site, get on to your credit card people NOW and fight for your money. do not let these nasty fraud idiots take your money!

I ordered some ugg boots from ugg.gg and they took a payment from my card straight away. They said I would have them within 10 days and I'm still waiting.

These where a Christmas present and now they look like there not coming. Other than being mighty p***ed off, the people that have no lives and wouldn't no hard work if it hit them in the face enjoy my money as you haven't spoilt my Christmas oh and I will get my money back

I bought some boots online at www.ugg.gg - they are obvious fakes - not sheepskin and poorly made - they arrive 2 weeks after ordering in a small battered box and screwed up inside - they are rubbish. More was taken out of my account than stated (only a few pounds but still!) I then read that some people had their credit/debit card details passed on so I cancelled my card which was of course a real inconvenience! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ugg.com - beward

I ordered some Uggs on 15th November - $100 taken off credit card but have sent several emails asking if order has been despatched and had no response - this is a counterfeit company and should be prosecuted for theft of money or taking money by deception.

We are encouraged to shop on the internet and with the credit crunch everyone is looking for a bargain - no such thing!

My God - I can't believe it! I ordered a pair of Ugg boots 9 days ago, apparently I have discovered that they are from somewhere in China! I must have gone made ordering through a Gmail address. They have responded in broken english that there was not a problem "just goes to "customer service@gmail" They said they track them themselves and they should be here shortly. To top it all - my daughter begged me the other day to get her some - like a fool I obliged and now cannot find the website, she ordered from - thought it was the same one! No confirmation of order - looks like I have been scammed twice? Looks like £120 down the drain!

I ordered a pair of UGG boots from UGG.GG.com and have had exactly the same problem. They took 4 weeks to arrive and when they have arrived they are appauling quality and obviously fakes. There was also an invoice in the box saying the boots were valued at $8 yet I paid $127. I was asked to send another £40 and they would send me a new pair. I declined and I'm still trying to get details of how to return them. I'm not holding out any hope of getting my money back.
These people should not be allowed to get away with it, they were supposed to be a Christmas present!

hi there, i also ordered 2 pairs of boots from this company and completely resigned myself to the fact that i had been ripped off, after reading numerous complaints about the company. then this morning (4 weeks after order was placed) i received both pairs of boots which have been shipped from china! the boots did not come in original boxes and one pair was the wrong size, (received size 6 when ordered size 7) however they both came with original tags and care cards and the soles are a perfect match to all genuine ugg boots, so in my view they look like genuine boots and if not they are really good fakes! (not that i condone this but just pleased the boots actually came!) fortunately the wrong size boots actually fit so no further problems there, however i also sent numerous emails to this company with no reply so hang in there and the boots may still arrive, hopefully in time for xmas...good luck.

Hi I too have ordered a pair of ugg's, really really angry towards these scammers, I have now waited nearly 2 weeks and they still have not arrived.. I am not holding out much hope! I cant believe I have been had, just befor xmas too.. these people need to be caught! what I do not understand is that the money has to have gone into some sort of bank account so why can the autorities not catch them..! and put them in jail!.. how long has anyone else waited for delivery and has anyone else actually recieved their order?

mr onions you are one of thousands who has been duped by this company, they have many other sites all different names, the official compamy is ugg.au but after being conned myself i am very sceptical about buying again, there is no address or phone numbers for ugg.gg and the emails never get replies, just get onto your bank and tell them you have been duped by a scam, and under section 25 of the consumers credit act the bank are as equally reliable as you, so they will investigate, and hopefully get your money back, also stop any more money going out of your account. This company actually took more money than the point of sale in my case, good luck and pass this information onto anybody you know, also i would like to say that all of these sites have now been removed so i think they may have been caught, i think they are a chinese ring who are operating all over the world selling expensive fakes, and the pictures on the different sites are all the same but not official.
