Order missing. Have bad customer service. Would not replace order. Refund wait days for bank. No discount for inconvience. Rep made me repeat and repeat.

Poor service. Will not order again.

Wuld not offer to replace order. Have to wait for bank to credit.

Uber Eats Uber Eats Wrong Order Received

I received the wrong order on 28/06. The driver passed me my order for me to get back into my house and find he has passed me the incorrect order which was someone else’s. My order was from leon via order No. #AD8A0. I received an order from Rice which on the bag specified order No #C2940

I contacted Uber multiple times and nothing was done to help or resolve this. I had to unfortunately bin the food I received which was a great waste as well as not ever receiving the food that I ordered. Disappointed was an understatement particularly as I was unwell so the takeaway was my only sense of joy that day.

As pictured, top left is what i ordered and the remaining pictures are the order i received (someone else's order).

Desired outcome: I want a response from Uber eats and some level of apology refund reorder. Ideally due to the day having passed a refund or account credit would be best

Uber Eats ubereats delivery last night

I have an issue with the charge of my delivery, my food came out to be around $35.00 my full delivery charge came out to be $55.00 and then was charged by ubereats an additional $8.31 after the delivery. I went onto the ubereats app and can't find any evidence of an order or a delivery! I would like to know where I spent my $63.00

Uber Eats Famosos

I ordered the same pizza I always get from them and it was missing my extra toppings, it had the wrong cheese on it and is inedible because of this. All my instructions for the order were missed. Order came quick which was the only good thing. I made a review and tried to get help through the app and it wouldn’t allow the service. I would like a full refund as it is not at all what I wanted and can’t even be consumed because of the Gorgonzola cheese. I have had numerous problems with orders from them. I was supposed to get a $50 gift from the head office but when I went to use it the product I wanted was discontinued. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

I recieved half the gelato I ordered each time I ordered with pictures and paid $13 a pint. Really can’t afford to order and not get what I am paying for.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund as not being able to eat what I ordered quite limits what I will put up with I paid an extra $12 for toppings I did not get

Uber Eats Delivery

Yes I'm making this complaint as possible as I can get with the situation but the Uber eats driver didn't drop off my food and the food near even gotten delivered and another fact is that he had my food for over a whole hour and called and made it look like he dropped it off when he actually didn't and my food wasn't the only food he has he has another customer order as well and the Uber eats driver name was George and he even called my mom phone while she was sleeping and made my mom think that it was a prank caller

Desired outcome: I'm very upset about this situation of the outcome this is not the first time that has happened to me this has happened more than once and I hope that y'all put it on his work

Uber Eats Mcdonalds delivery driver

On Saturday 14th May at around 4pm I was out with my children when one of my children stepped I to the road to pick his ball up when out of nowhere one if your drivers came speeding on a one way street. We were on South walk meir. The driver then started shouting at my child then my partner using obscene language name calling and screaming at my child snd partner. As he drove down the road he was using offensive hand gestures at us knowing I had young children with us. The car was a silver skoda octavia reg- HY15WNJ. I am disgusted at the conduct of this driver and the way he behaved. He shouldn't of been speeding down the street and certainly shouldn't of used the language or tone he took with my child or partner. The way he shouted and the manner he took with us scared our younger children.

Desired outcome: Driver dealt with appropriately I'd not fired because of the manner he took with potential customers.

I ordered macdonalds in the uk.

For the 3 rd time, items I’d paid for were missing.

I am paying a fortune for collection but macdonalds don’t pack correctly And Uber eats don’t check the package contains the ordered goods.

There needs to be a change of practice where Uber eats takes responsibility for the orders they collect and fine macdonalds for failing to put the correct order in the bags….. which interestingly bill correctly!

Shocked by this in 2022 and cannot believe macdonalds and ubereats have such a shoddy and expensive arrangement,

I could send a taxi to collect and check the order more cheaply!’

Uber Eats Will never use uber eats again

I ordered food from a local restaurant Anchor Inn. The order was processed and said delivery would be 45-50 mins. 30 mins later it changed drivers. 45 mins later the app said driver had my food and would be delivered 15 mins (I live 5 mins away but whatever) Then the map shows the driver is 3 mins away. 10 mins go by and then bam. Your order has been cancelled. So after not eating all day and waiting an hour for food that gets cancelled, I just want to say what a horrible company this is and would never order from them again,.

Desired outcome: This is just bad business practice. They need to be made aware of this.

Uber Eats Unauthorized tip. Rude chat support team.

Paid tip in cash. Receipt arrived three days later with a $9.61 tip on the bill. This was not authorized. I contacted ChatSupport, because the email/message center option did not work. After waiting twenty plus minutes "Pratham" greeted me and did not respond further. After asking several times if Pratham was still there, Pratham ended the chat. I am unable to continue my chat or submit a message, and am left without an avenue to report the fraud. Therefore, I am taking alternative steps to protect myself and the public including disputing the entire charge on my credit card, posting negative reviews, and filing a complaint with the Complaints Board.

Desired outcome: Refund the $9.61. Provide me some assurance that it will not happen again if I use UberEats.

Uber Eats Order not received that is paid for

I placed an order on Friday evening/night at 19:07 for the pizza [Meaty Tripple Decker Large] of which I never received. I kept on communicating with the uber eats driving the whole time but he never pitched, I then had to go to the outlet on Saturday to lodge the complain was told that they will escalate the problem via email and notify me of the out come to which up until now have not received any. I then called their call center [Uber Eats] on Monday whereby was told that it's been over 48 hours lead-time therefore will not be refunded

Uber Eats McDonalds driver complaint

I just placed a normal order, the pickup point wasn't even far from my house, you could easily walk. My delivery guy named Utpol picked my order and never came to me. I was waiting outside for him!

Then Uber gave me a notification saying that the driver tried to call me and I didn't pick up, which is not true, I was always with my phone in my hand, on the app. A texted the driver through the app, and he didn't even read the messages. Tried to call him, I would get into the voice mail strait. This is unbelievable, I am really pissed off with this driver. Give him a warning or something, that's not normal. And I hope that for a situation like this where Uber cancelled my order because 'the driver couldn't reach me' I will get my money back!

Uber Eats Friday morning Mcdonalds order: Delivery driver complaint

My uber eats delivery driver took a really long time to deliver, I'm not sure if she went home or something but by the time she finally came to deliver to our clinic she left my order downstairs in the hospital where anyone could have grabbed it she never let me know where she left it even though i specifically put the suite number and instructions that our clinic is located at the 2nd floor of the hospital. The food was soaking wet and the drink spilled and was sideways inside the bag... it looks like it had been sitting there for a while too. This is ridiculous because as a health care worker i only get a few minutes to have a break and I was really counting on my order to be delivered correctly if not promptly.

Uber Eats Mc Donalds Munno Para

many of my orders of which I had payed I had only received part from Mc Donalds Munno Para South Australia. but I only am going to to say my delivery on the 16 march at approx 0500 was missing 1x sunday, 1x large fries, 1x sprite drink.

Uber Eats Uber

I registered with UBER as a driver with a BICYCLE. They allow me to do Uber Eats. After Uber discovered their mistake, they want to keep my pay. I am not working for them to HOLD my money. I talked at least 6 agents all I got was a run around. UBER is the WORSE Business EVER. I would never recommend these people to anyone. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and some compensation for the frustration and annoyance.

Uber Eats Uber Eats Delivery in Aventura Florida

I ordered from Uber Eats on February 6, 2022 at 03:43 PM for a total of $25.27. I tracked the order and waited in the lobby for the order to arrive. It never did. The instructions were very simple - just leave order in lobby. The only thing that arrived was the bill. The telephone number I called to speak to the delivery person was not answered. The delivery person stole the meal.

Uber Eats Delivered our food to another house: never received our food

My husband was standing on the porch and the Uber driver delivered our order to the house next door. My husband was literally hollering "over here, over here" but the driver just left our order on the neighbors porch and drove away in the opposite direction.
We are furious and very, very hungry.
Uber eats will list a time they will deliver but they are always late. Sometimes as much as an hour. They have also driven off with part of our order (we know this because the ticket attached to the bag shows everything we are supposed to receive) in their car and when we contact Uber eats they say the driver can't come back to deliver the rest of the order. We will never use Uber eats again. Never.

Desired outcome: That Uber eats instructs their drivers to make sure they are delivering to the correct address

Uber Eats Refund my money

I have contacted Uber in regards to an order I placed a couple of weeks ago. The driver was yelling at me I told her where I was and she still was lost. She was literally up the street but she was driving with someone else I had gone a buy one and get one free deal. I waited for two hours and she ran off my food for herself and her passenger she canceled my order I emailed UBER so many times and nothing I even emailed them while she was yelling at me there is always something going on with the driver or food I want my refund returned ASAP they take ur money actually they steal ur money and then they refuse to refund

Uber Eats Uber Eats Driver stole my order

Driver Delphin stole my food order but logged it on the app delivery successfully. I was left without my order and also lost money for my order which I never got including his tip.

I gave specific instructions on the app which he did not follow. I tried calling three time before I eventually got hold of him. Only for him to tell me that he was in the wrong location and time is running out. I told I left instructions for him to follow, why didn't he?

I directed him to where he needed to be but he refused to follow my directions and the call was ended. Thereafter he refused to answer his phone again.

Uber Eats Incomplete order

I ordered the 12 cheese krystals no pickles and no onions, the party chilli cheese fries and half gallon strawberry lemonade combo last night and when it arrived all I was giving was the the 12 cheese krystals. I called the store. I ordered from UberEats and the driver waited for my order at the store for a hour and 45min I ordered my food at 10:45PM driver and as I was in contact with the driver and following the route I didn't get my food til 1:06 AM

Uber Eats I need them to cancel the order cause it never reached me

Uber Eats so on Saturday 21/08/21 was at work/on call busy as crazy with trauma emergencies and hungry as I was I ordered food via the app on ubereats from oceanbusket emmerencia;so after like roughly 35mnts I got a call from this very rude driver by the name of Williams asking me if I can't read my messages blaaa blaaaa and he is by the security gate, he ddnt even confirm which security gate but he dropped his phone, tried calling him back his number took me to a switchboard that couldn't help me too. so I went to the security gate where I told him ill meet him from the app ; they all said we ddnt see any ubereats driver at all and all of a sudden I see a picture of my food on the app like this and guess what he had completed his trip, left the food just like that and the app is now saying I must pay the order that was left like this somewhere on the streets of Johannesburg. lets say I finally received my order would you eat such food left like this on the streets;I never felt this humiliated by a person in my life. kindly help me share this post we can't be treated like this and be expected to pay no man where is the humanity guys, thinking I ddnt even have a break to do anything trying to save lives with a hungry stomach and this ubereats guy just treat me like trash;I tried complaining on thier app no reply on thier side I tagged them on social media still no reply clearly Ubereats doesn't care about thier customers

Uber Eats UberEats in Brackenfell Cape Town

I ordered 3x pizzas from Roman pizza through UberEats. When the delivery guy called Allan arrived after 1 hour he had the wrong delivery(1 instead of 3 pizzas). He Allan then took off to rectify the wrong order. After another 25 minutes Allan slowly drove past our house again and then it appeard on my app as delivered although we receuved nothing!. This is theft and i want this delt with. I received NO pizza and R361.00 got stolen from me!

Desired outcome: Need to get Allan delt with as he stole from me and a refund
