Two Men and a Spa Dolly Excelent job on my new hot tub cover!

Excelent job on my new hot tub cover! And it looks Awesome! I'm so happy with the work Two Men and a Spa Dolly did. They were super professional and got the job done quick. The guys were really nice and polite too. They knew what they were doing and made sure everything was done right. The hot tub cover fits perfectly and it's really sturdy. I can tell they used good quality materials. The price was fair too, not too expensive. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Spa Dolly to anyone who needs help with their hot tub.

I needed help closin my pool. They were able to schedule an appointment quick. They came out on time and did the job quick and efficient. They were actually $5 cheaper than my usual independent pool guy charged. Billin was simple. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

I was totally impressed and super happy with Two Men and a Spa Dolly! They got me in within 4 days of me calling, while others were taking around 2 to 3 weeks. The technician was really professional, friendly, and explained everything. He even gave me some helpful tips! He replaced the faulty part and quickly moved on to his next customer. I contacted this company for a leak in my spa. After a week of waiting I was charged $95 for a service call. Derek the technician came out for approximately 20 mins and stated he couldn't detect the leak. To further diagnose the leak he would have to charge 500$ each way to the shop and 6-10 man hours to trouble shoot and fix. I told him i would think about...

Two Men and a Spa Dolly I hired this company in November to fix a leak in my hot tub

I hired this company in November to fix a leak in my hot tub. They told me I had to get new motors, so I bought two of them. But even after that, the hot tub was still leaking. Then the company said the leaks were coming from the jets. It's now April and this company keeps giving me excuses and can't find the right parts for the proper repair. I don't trust them anymore.

I ordered a hot tub in July and put a deposit down for delivery within 12 weeks or less. I called many times, but they kept giving me excuses about why it ain't been delivered yet. They said it would come on 10/28 or maybe even earlier. But guess what? I still ain't got my hot tub! So, I called 'em again to cancel my order and get my $500 deposit back. The person who answered the phone was so dang rude, I tell ya. They wouldn't even guarantee me my hot tub or my money back. I just want 'em to cancel my order and give me my $500 back.

Two Men and a Spa Dolly Spa service sent service reminder at 8:28 AM

Spa service sent service reminder at 8:28 AM. I waited for service rep from that time until 12:30 PM. I sat 3 and a half hours waiting for a technician that never showed. Later that afternoon, I stepped out onto my front porch and found a can of spa leak proof with no instructions. I assumed (maybe wrongly) that a seasonal maintenance inspection would happen and I would have the chance to contract for follow up services. If the technician were there, he could have rang the doorbell and I would have a photo as I have an ADT security system. No photo. No indication of a visit.

Two Men and a Spa Dolly On 12/15, Two Men and a Spa Dolly came to put in a new system on our hot tub

On 12/15, Two Men and a Spa Dolly came to put in a new system on our hot tub. The price was $916.28 (which was $216 more than what they said) and after they did some try and error work on my hot tub, I still got the same problem as before the service and even more problems. The new system is already showing error codes and won't heat up, plus there's a huge leak in the system they just put in. I don't even want them to try fixing it because they don't know what they're doing. I just want my money back so I can find a company that knows how to fix it properly. I waited 3 months for this to be done, only to have it done wrong, and they charged my card without asking or explaining the cost. I don't want anything except a refund and to never have to deal with them again.

We've been dealing with this company since May when they first came to fix our pool and found a leak. The service guy was nice and cut the PVC pipe, but he didn't have the right replacement part. He said he would order it and it should arrive in a week or two. To make a long story short, it's now the end of November and we're still not fixed. The distributor keeps giving excuses, and they never call us back, even though we call them every week. The last time we heard from them was in October when *** said he didn't know where the distributor was with the part. I called them 5 days ago and gave them 3 numbers to call me back, but still no call. Their customer service is terrible. And if they blame Covid, it's a fake excuse because I ordered the part myself in October and got it within a week.

Two Men and a Spa Dolly I bought a refurbished spa for $3500 with a $1500 deposit

I bought a refurbished spa for $3500 with a $1500 deposit. I communicated with the company about the size of the new (refurbed) spa and provided them with pictures and measurements as requested. I asked multiple times if there would be any problems with the delivery of the new spa, and they assured me everything would be fine. During our communication, they suddenly informed me that I needed a licensed electrician to disconnect the old spa and reconnect the new one, which cost $300.

On the day of the delivery, they told me that the spa wouldn't fit and that I needed to modify the deck at the last minute. They said one side needed to be 4 inches shorter and the other side 2 inches shorter. I called and emailed them to inform them about the issues with the spa and the damage it had sustained. Unfortunately, the spa still doesn't work correctly to this day.

I had to hire a licensed contractor to fix my deck and make it usable. In May, I made a payment of $1500 and informed Two Men and a Spa Dolly about the issues and the need for them to rectify the billing for the unnecessary work done on my property. However, I didn't hear anything from them until August 20, when they contacted me about the remaining balance. They never called or updated the invoice for the spa. I told them that no payment would be made until adjustments were made.

Two Men and a Spa Dolly Me and my hubby bought a Hot Tub from ****, at Two Men @ A Spa Dolly on 4/26

Me and my hubby bought a Hot Tub from ***, at Two Men @ A Spa Dolly on 4/26. When we finally got it, they had 3 young dudes with a busted dolly, deliver and install. When they dropped it off the dolly, it got messed up. The young dudes even said they had been using a broken dolly for a few weeks already. After my hubby came home and we took a closer look, we realized it wasn't the model or hot tub we ordered. Another *** told us it was last year's model with old, used parts in it. They said that because of covid, the manufacturer they were working with stopped sending equipment, so they just threw together whatever they had to make it look like the one we ordered. We contacted *** and they connected us with the district manager who said we would get the right one. But then they stopped responding to us, so now we're fighting with Wells Fargo, who we financed it with. We've been stuck with this hot tub for over 8 months and still no solution. We want either our $3000 down payment back or the right model we originally wanted.

The biz first responded to look at our hot tub on 5/27/22 and quoted us a repair price of $1000. After several phone calls, a worker responded on 6/22/22, and replaced one pump, a heater, and a motherboard. He said the repairs would be $1351.20. He didn't fill the hot tub to see if it worked before he left. We filled the tub with water and it didn't work. The biz wasn't paid at that time. I called the biz and a worker responded on 6/24/22. He said he fixed the tub and I authorized full payment for the repairs - $1351.20. When I got home on 6/24/22, I saw that the tub still wasn't working. I called the biz several times for a week trying to contact the owner ***. I was told that *** would call me back but he didn't. During that week, the biz deducted an additional $429 from my bank account and tried to take more money out on a separate transaction but they couldn't. I found out about the extra money being taken from my account and called the biz. I spoke to Kaitlyn who said another employee mistakenly charged my bank account. They credited my bank account the $429. My bank blocked the biz from deducting any more money since I paid the biz in full on 6/24/22. At this time, I was still waiting for a call from the owner *** but he didn't call me and every time I called the biz, a lady told me that *** wasn't there and would call me. I was finally able to reach *** on the phone when I called the biz again during the week of 6/30/22, and told him about all the problems with the hot tub, his biz, and them trying to take more money from me. He said he would send someone out to fix the tub but no one has responded and I haven't heard anything else from the biz.

Two Men and a Spa Dolly I hired this company because ***'s contractor was busy

I hired this company because ***'s contractor was busy. They called to reschedule, but I couldn't change the date. So, they offered to store the hot tub until they could deliver it. The hot tub was in great condition when they picked it up, but when it was delivered, it was dirty inside and had scratches outside. I complained, and they said they forgot to put the top on. They offered to send someone to clean it. I have pictures of the inside. They left it outside without a cover, and it got damaged. They sent someone to clean it and deliver the steps they forgot. But I found more damage inside. They said it's a defective shell, but my warranty doesn't cover sun damage. I've been patient. Delivered on June 22, 2022.
