Bought stuff but never got it. Tried to call and email but no answer. The place where they say they are doesn't even exist! Should have checked reviews before buying.

TV Parts Company took my money and never sent me the part I ordered. I had to change my credit card number because of these crooks. They told me the owner died, but that was two months ago and I still haven't received anything. They even gave me a fake tracking number from some sketchy website. Don't trust these scammers!

tvpartscompany.com is a total ripoff. I got screwed over big time. They took my money and ran. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from these crooks.

I ordered a part from TV Parts Company like 2 weeks ago. They asked me to pay with Zelle, so I did. But now, I ain't heard nothing back from them. No part, no money, no response. I tried calling, emailing, and even using their website, but still no response. I'm so mad right now. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I got the same problem as the other peeps who wrote reviews. We paid for backlight parts like 3 months ago from this TV Parts Company and we still ain't got them. I called and emailed them a bunch of times and they ain't even bothered to respond. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

I got some TV parts from this company. They took a whole week to ship it out and didn't reply to my emails or phone calls. After two weeks, they finally sent me an email with a fake tracking number. I waited for several weeks but there was no information available with the tracking number. It's totally fake and not worth it.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered. This seems like a scam, and I hope others don't fall for it. There are so many complaints about this company, but their website is still up and running. They should ban it or put a red flag on it.

I ordered from them four different times and lost my money every time. This company is a fraud that only takes your money. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I tried to call and email them many times, but they never answered. They won't even cancel my order or give me my money back. This place is a scam. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received anything. I regret doing business with them. They took my 90 dollars and I paid through zelle. I'm giving them 1 star because you can't give 0 stars. I would give it *** stars if I couldI purchased a power board for my tv and when I installed it I still had no power from my tv.I called and the guy that answered told me that its a used board that was not tested but he knew it worked because it came out of a tv with a broken screen. He said the power issue is ussually the main board. Everywhere I read said its ussually the power board but ok, so I bought the main board from them as well. Got it in and still no power. Called back and was told I know the boards where good when they shipped, but they where never tested so how would you..The guy told me to send a email and he would send me info to trouble shoot the boards 2 days later no contact, 2 emails and 3 text message later no contact.I called today and someone else answered and said it was a two man bussiness and that someone would call or email me today. its 6:34pm no contact. sent 2 more text messages and a email requesting help or a *** refund for defective parts...

They need to be stopped. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. What I want is my $110.00 returned and these people put out of business.

On Sept 19th 2021, they gave me a fake number (# *** 50). I sent more emails and made more phone calls to ask about my parts, but they didn't respond except for the fake number. They sent me an email saying they'd let me know when my stuff was shipped, but I ain't heard nothing since. I called their number twice and left messages about my order, and I sent them a bunch of emails too, but they ain't got back to me. This company seems like they're trying to scam people out of their money by using Zelle, which is hard to get a refund with. I asked for my money back in an email, but I don't think they'll answer. I'm gonna have to go to my bank and file a dispute claim.

I was lookin' for a part to fix my TV on 2/7/22 and found TV Parts Company's website. They had a good price for what I needed, so I paid through Zelle like they said. I sent 'em an email with the confirmation and asked for tracking info, but I didn't hear back after a few days. I got worried 'cause usually you get an email sayin' thanks for your order and all that. So I looked 'em up online and saw a bunch of bad reviews and an F rating on ComplaintsBoard.com. Seems like everyone has the same problem where they pay but don't get anything. They need to be stopped from doin' this to people. My bank said they'll try to get my money back, but it's hard once it's done. TV Parts Company needs to refund me ASAP.

I have been trying to get a part ordered nd paid for from TV PartsCompany, with no resolution. I have called and emailed and get the same canned response - "Owner has died from COVID and they will place the order for him, will take 4 weeks to get from China". I have not received the part. Order # R704845697 on 7/9. They claim to have shipped the order on 7/13. I was notified on 7/14 that the package was delivered to *** even though they have and confirmed my correct address in NC. I notified them immediately. On 7/16 I asked for an update and they said "not yet. they hadnt received the parts back". I told them their website shows 2 more of the same thing and to ship me that. No response to that or 3 subsequent messages. When I call them phone number I get a non-helpful message and then instantly they send a text saying "owner died of covid. I will ship but order comes from China and takes 4 weeks". SO many things wrong with that statement including the parts are supposed to come from ***.They owe me $131 and the parts!
