Tunbridge High School review: School Fees

Dear Sir's My self 'Shabbir Ahmed Khan' Father of Mohammed Sauban Khan Student of Tunbridge High School, Infantry Road, Bangalore in Class Lower Nursery (LN). As MD Sauban Khan has completed 1st 4 months in the school & his Mid Term Examinations are finished And results are out, But school authorities denied the student to hand over his Results (Marks Card) As the student hasnt paid monthly fees of the school for 4 moths & as well Unifrom fee, SMS Charges fee, Sports kit fee with late fee penalty etc. When i father of the child requested school authorities to waive late fee penalty etc they denied, As per Education Department, Karnataka, no school or authorities have rights to collect any fee in any name (Donations or other payments) in any manner, But here in this school we have to Pay mothly fees Rs.1300/- Per Child, Rs.100/- as SMS Charges Rs.400/- As Sports Kit, Rs.3500/- for Uniform (P.A) Rs.1620/- Books (P.A) Rs.6000/- Special Fee (P.A) Maintenance Fee Rs.5000/- (P.A) Rs.7000/- Development Fee (P.A) etc. I feel that Government has not prescribed any Law to Tunbridge High School, Bangalore, Which is laid by Primary Education (Govt Of Karnataka) Hence i request the concern authorities to look into the matter, And provide the results for the action initiated, Thanks...
