From start to finish my sales representative took care of all questions and was on top of my project. As well as the way the project crew took care of my home in a thoughtful way. Trotter has a great business and their staff was easy to work with. Definitely recommend them to others.

Super professional every step of the way. The receptionist who took my original call, the rep who came out to inspect and initiate work needs, the management who came before the work began and the team of workers the day of the job were all fantastic. The job was extremely well done and clean up afterwards was perfect.

The solution he offered made sense for the mid and long term perspective. The representative wasnt high pressure at all, which my wife and I very much appreciated. I had an excellent experience start to finish with Trotter. They encapsulated my crawl space in basement. Start: a knowledgeable & professional sales person providing solutions at a reasonable price. Then a follow up visit from a more technical professional to ensure the solution was correct. Finish: excellent installation in 1 day on what seemed like a fairly large project with excellent clean up. I will be calling Trotter for all future work I need in their areas of expertise.

Trotter did an awesome job! Received 3 quotes. Trotter was the only company that found a leak in difficult section of crawl space (provided photos to show actual leak). If they had not found the leak I would have spent money on something the would not have worked but Trotter installed a drain before encapsulating and placing dehumidifier. Everyone who came was professional and really knew what they were doing. They answered all off my questions and the entire team was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

You get what you pay for! Trotter Company might be a little more pricey than other companies but it's worth every single penny for the peace of mind that you won't have any additional water intrusion or collapsing walls because of the damage already done due to water intrusion. They are extremely professional, on time and complete the work as promised. You can't beat their lifetime warranty either. I don't know of another company that offers a lifetime warranty on their work guaranteeing no more water in your basement. You won't regret using the Trotter Company to waterproof your home.

We hired Trotter to repair our basement water problem after consulting with two other ComplaintsBoard.com A-rated companies. We liked and trusted the man who did the initial evaluation. He seemed very experienced and explained everything clearly, without pressure. We had ample opportunities to ask questions and deliberate privately before deciding what to do. We consulted a contractor friend of ours, who agreed that Trotters proposal was the best. The work was done promptly, thoroughly and seamlessly. We were told it will last a lifetime. The workers we encountered were polite, respectful of our property and cooperative. Were thankful we chose Trotter. We give them our highest recommendation.

My wife and I have used Trotter Waterproofing & Foundation Repair Experts multiple times for foundation-related problems. At our home in Atlanta, Georgia they installed a crawl space drainage system to remove moisture to an outside drain. When we went to sell the house and the housing inspector found a problem with moisture in the crawlspace we contracted Trotter immediately and a service technician came to the house immediately and corrected the problem. When we noticed a crack in the basement wall in our Marietta, Georgia home, we again called Trotter. A qualified tech came, reviewed the situation and gave us two options for correction. We selected the "permanent" solution which was installed within a couple of weeks. Problem solved! On multiple occasions we have called Trotter for advice and they have come to the house, shared their expertise and outlined various options all at no cost to the homeowner. We highly recommend Trotter Waterproofing & Foundation Repair Experts for all foundation-related issues. They are highly professional, well trained, thoroughly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly, you can trust them!

I do not recommend Trotter Waterproofing. The Trotter Waterproofing Company advertises that they guarantee their work. I called them to report that the front of my basement where they did the work was leaking and I would like to have it fixed (I expected if a business has a guarantee they would honor it). The manager came out and basically admonished me and informed me it was my responsibility to take care of the pipe they installed underground (my community says this was my first red flag as what is a person supposed to do with an underground pipe). The Trotter crew came out to find the pipe and wanted money before they would do any work. I refused and they all got back in their truck and left. The owner called and announced he was going to take care of me and make sure they repaired what needed to be done. The crew came back out and this time I was not home but apparently they did not realize I have ring cameras on my home. They were all over my property even going into my back porch (which has nothing to do with my basement) and I thought this was strange, even moved a chair I had blocking the door from coming open as the lock was broken on the door. I did watch the crew move some leaves to see the pipe. I am not sure what I would have even been charged for on this. I did not hear back from Trotter so I reached back out a few days later to find out what the next step was. I was again promised that they were going to take care of my basement. I just received a call today from the office person who says she was sending me a form to sign. When I asked what the form was for she proceeded to say the form was releasing them of any responsibility of repairs. I informed her that I had no intention of signing this form and would try to let folks know you do not want to hire this scam business.
