Karie, the breeder at Treasured Goldens, is not to be trusted. In our dealings, she assured me over and over again that if anything wasn't to my satisfaction, she would refund my deposit on a golden retriever puppy from her without any issues. When the dog I wanted puppies from hadn't given birth 2 WEEKS after her due date, Karie told me that she was mistaken about the pregnancy of the dog, and the dog wouldn't actually be having puppies for another few months. Karie agreed to give me my deposit back, and I found another breeder and placed a deposit with the new breeder for a puppy. Two days later, Karie called me to tell me that the dog I wanted puppies from WAS actually pregnant, and she had given birth to puppies the previous night. I said I still wanted my deposit back because we had found a new breeder, and Karie refused. WHAT KIND OF BREEDER DOESN'T KNOW IF A DOG IS PREGNANT? Seriously.
Anyway, if you're looking for a good golden retriever puppy, don't go with Treasured Goldens. The puppy we ended up with is from Champion lines, unlike Karie's pets, and it was reasonably priced at $1000 instead of Karie's $1200.

When my husband and I made the decision to have our first family pet be a golden retreiver, we did not take the decision of choosing a breeder lightly. After thorough research, we came across the Treasured Golden website and were immediately impressed! The methods and practices that Karie listed out along with the many wonderful testimonies from owners of Treasured Golden dogs made us want to contact Karie to find out more. We were welcomed by Karie and her dogs when we visited and after speaking with her and getting to know her dogs, we immediately placed our deposit. My husband and I are truly thankful to have come across Treasured Golden, Karie, and her dogs! We have the most wonderful pup - and we have Karie to thank for that! Our pup is well mannered, very smart, and learned things (like where to use the potty) within a week of coming home with us. Karie's methods contributed to this - and in our opinion, shows just what a great breeder she is! We have been so pleased that we are bringing our second Treasured Golden pup home very soon. We owners of Treasured Golden pups are a family. We all keep in touch and share stories about our pups. This family feeling is one of a kind - and that family feeling comes from having a one of a kind breeder! I hope that people who read this board will take their advice from someone who has dealt with Treasured Golden Golden Retrievers and is continuing to do so. The return on investment when getting a Treasured Golden pup and when dealing with Karie is huge! This family highly recommends Treasured Golden! One of a kind!

You have lied, screamed, cussed and carried on for long enough. You never even came to see our dogs so you certainly cannot comment on them. I do not appreciate the slander either. Pay Pal decided against you as well.
First of all we typically have a waiting list and people come from across the country. We most certainly know our girls gestation as we monitor the mating (tie). There are circumstances when I will refund a deposit for instance if we have none of the sex you wanted, death in the family, or various emergency situations. NOT because you changed your mind and went with another breeder instead of waiting. Are contract states that the deposit is not refundable.
We have a facebook page for puppy owners to keep in touch. Our dogs are cleared by either OFA or PennHip along with all other necessary tests completed as well, smart, healthy and well socialized Read some of the many letters puppy buyers send us and you decide.
This girl is angry, pushy, rude and obnoxious to the core. I am grateful that she does not have one of our babies.
