Tomali Scotters / 50cc 4 Stroke Dirt Bike review: Paid for product and never rcv'd it or my money back 1

On October 9th I order the above product name from Tomali Scooters. The $575.00 was immediately taken out of my acct. via Pay Pal. After ordering the item my husband and I had a couple of questions so we called and left a voice message. After a couple of days of not hearing from them we tried again with no response, and then again and again. I then remembered that on the Agreement page that there was the owner's name and phone number so I decided to try that. That phone number is INCORRECT! The person that answered the phone, from a Lemon Law Office, knew nothing about the company or being on a web page! On October 16th I went back to the website and noticed that on the tacking info. it said that if the item had not shipped yet and the "cancel order" button was available that I could cancel my order. That was on the 16th of October, still no word. This Monday I started sending an e-mail (once a day - same e-mail just with 2nd notice, 3rd notice, etc.) on the top line every day. I also have been leaving between 5-10 messages a day on their phone and still no call back. I just want to point out that a co-worker had called them for me a couple of weeks ago and made believe he was interested in a product they were selling and asked them to give him a call back. They called him with an HOUR! I am totally convinced right now that this was a TOTAL SCAM and I am never going to hear from them again! I have called pay pal and made a claim, but they said they cannot guarantee that I will get my money back. I will not stop pursuing this until I know that I have exhausted all options. I've learned a few valuable lessons from this and the most important is when purchasing something like that online, google the company name/consumer reports and check them out first. I could not believe the amount of people that have had problems with this company.
