Tivoli Gardens Parking Lot review: Vehicle parking used by 5 motorcycles idaily n tivoli gardens eugenia parking lower parking

Yesterday april 30 2023 at about 1800 hours I observed multiple motorcycles parked in parking slots 08 in eugenia lower parki g area. I reported this to on duty security supervisor named jao. I asked why they do not removed this vehicles and his response was that they received a memo that motor ycle are authorized parking in vehicle only slots...ac ordi g to parking regulation from dmci only owner or tenant vehicles with stickers can park in slots. Motorcycles have their own parking slots. Pls clarify if this pra tice is legal... I'm a resident owner and I expect all tenants to follow our parking regulations... It's the month of may all residents should have parking sticker to control parking area keeping it clean and tidy to know who is authorized to be i. Our premise.
