My husband received an actual bill for 41.63 due on March 11, 2023. His insurance was also billed for $102 twice and $68 once. We live far away from Maryland and have not traveled out of state for anything, let alone medical visits that could have been taken care of right here. On a side note, when my husband was contacted about this insurance plan it did not seem like, I'm not sure how to say this. All the reps were Indian. I have never spoken to an Indian salesperson about marketplace insurance before. I find it odd the name of the doctor in the other case is Indian.
Desired outcome: If this is a scam then it seems to be far reaching and is taking advantage of a service desperately needed by many Americans. I find fraud at this level completely obscene and offensive. This needs to be investigated to the fullest degree.
