I recently went on the Chardham Yatra tour with Thrillophilia, and I have to say, it was an experience of a lifetime! My folks have always had this dream of going on the Chardham Yatra, and this tour package offered us just that. The journey lasted 10 days and kicked off in Haridwar, one of the four Himalayan Dhams.

We got to see some of the most beautiful destinations on this trip. Our first stop was Yamunotri glacier, where we took a short trek and visited Yamunabai Kund temple. Then we made our way towards Uttarkashi, where we visited some of the most renowned Hindu temples that are simply breathtaking.

Our next stop was Guptkashi, where we visited the famous Ardhnarishwar Temple, where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge. The next day, we headed towards Kedarnath, and on our way, we witnessed the stunning natural Shiva Lingam in a cave.

Our final stop on the tour was Badrinath, a stunning temple town with hot springs. I must say that the entire itinerary was immaculately planned and executed. We were ferried from place to place with utmost comfort and we never encountered any hassles at any of the temples either.

If you're looking for a comprehensive tour of the Dhams, then I would definitely recommend going with Thrillophilia. This compact but comprehensive tour is an excellent way to take a journey to this beautiful part of India.

So, a few weeks ago I was planning to go trekking with my buddies to Dudhsagar. I scoured the internet looking for economical and great packages. That's when I stumbled upon Thrillophilia; they had affordable and suitable packages that seemed delightful. After going over many positive Thrillophilia reviews, I finally decided to book the 3 day 2 nights trekking trip through Dudhsagar.

Thanks to Thrillophilia, our trip was an epic adventure and an unforgettable experience. We were greeted warmly by our guide at the airport early in the morning. After having a hearty meal, we started our journey to Kulem and enjoyed the sceneries we saw along the way. Arriving at Kulem, we relaxed, taking advantage of the positive atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

Later, we finally began trekking towards the Dudhsagar waterfalls, and it was an exhilarating and fun-packed journey. With heavy lunches, lots of exploring, and safety measures being taken care of, we had an incredible time.

On the last day of our trip, we had to say farewell to the beautiful place and cherished memories we all made there. All the essential things mentioned in the itinerary were well-handled, and we felt comfortable and secure during the entire adventure. We were grateful to Thrillophilia for making our experience worthwhile and we are eagerly anticipating our next trip with them. Can't wait for the next one!

I had a blast with Thrillophilia! The trip was a ton of fun, and boy did the team have our backs! The hotel was super chill and had a clean feeling that just won me over. This trip was one of the best I've ever been on and I'm telling you that it filled up my head with all kinds of amazing memories! The most memorable one was when we got a look at the rivers Zanskar and Indus from Sangam. The way it all looked like was just breathtaking!

What was even better was when we got to have an interaction with the soldiers. It was awe-inspiring, and honestly it was the first time something like that had ever made an impression on me! The fascinating stories we heard from the journey were just the icing on the cake! The tour takes you to some of the coolest spots in Ladakh. The beauty of the mountains and lakes were just so darn captivating.

Our tour started in Leh and it was filled with all these amazing and alluring spots that we visited. We saw the Siachen Glacier and honestly, it was incredible! I want to give a huge shout-out to Thrillophilia for making the trip so darn perfect! The accommodations, transportation, and meals were all just spot-on! The guide was just the best too, he was such a chill and helpful guy! He really knew everything about all the places there! Our 6-day Leh Ladakh tour with Thrillophilia was a great way to experience the beauty of this heavenly region in India. With the expert planning of the Thrillophilia team, we were able to enjoy every bit of our trip without facing any hassles or worries.

Our private guide, who was a humorous and friendly guy, gave us a warm traditional welcome at the Leh airport. He accompanied us throughout the trip and helped us discover the true essence of Leh and Ladakh. The Thrillophilia team made sure that every minor aspect was taken care of during our trip.

We explored the iconic Leh Market, the majestic Leh Palace, the serene Shanti Stupa, the inspiring Hall of Fame, the mind-boggling Magnetic Hill, the stunning Nubra Valley, and the breathtaking Pangong Lake. These beautiful sights left us spellbound and we enjoyed every moment spent there.

What made our trip even more amazing was feeling proud of our country’s martyrs at the Hall of Fame and posing with the props used in the shooting of the famous 3 Idiots Movie. Interacting with locals, having local food, and buying local handicrafts were other experiences that made our trip even more delightful.

Overall, we had an amazing trip that left us craving for more such experiences with the skilled team of Thrillophilia. If you are planning a trip to Leh Ladakh, we highly recommend Thrillophilia for all your travel needs!

EVER BOOK WITH THRILOPHILIA - WARNING READ THIS

Me and my husband were planning to visit Kashmir for a long time and finally decided to book our trip with Thrillophilia. We made the advance payment of 20k and the team sent us the itinerary regarding the hotels and places to visit. We were excited and looking forward to our vacation.

But exactly 10 days before the trip, we received a call from the person at Thrillophilia to pay the rest of the amount. To our surprise, she told us that they haven't booked or blocked any hotels and nothing was done from their end. We were shocked and disappointed to hear this. She totally accepted her mistake of not doing anything from their end.

Later, when she changed the entire hotel list, we agreed to it as our flights were already booked and we had packed our bags, and we didn't want to cancel the trip. But then, they came up with a new surprise - changing the entire itinerary. We had planned to be in Gulmarg on 1st of Jan, but everything was changed without our consent.

We had the worst experience with Thrillophilia, and it was heartbroken to see them decide to cancel the trip, even after knowing that we would lose our money for flights. We were left without any options, and now we are not even getting our refund back. It has been 20 days since we requested for our refund, and there has been no update from their end.

I am calling them again and again, but they just tell me to wait and nothing else. I feel cheated and disappointed with the kind of service they have provided. Hence, I urge all of you not to choose Thrillophilia just for its brand name. We had a terrible experience in booking with them and had to beg for our refund. So please, guys, DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THRILOPHILIA.

I am a travel enthusiast who has done numerous bookings online, but I have never encountered such scam artists like those at Thrillophilia, which claims to be the biggest travel activities platform. This team is questionable when it comes to ethics. After falling for their "Best Price Trap" and confirming my booking, they edited their activity information and cheated me by stating that they only provided the services that I booked.

Let me share my experience with you. Seven of us jointly booked a scuba diving adventure at Jumeirah beach, Dubai, that was initially promoted as 60 ft deep, of course again due to the "Best Price Trap." But on arrival, moments before the dive, we were informed that the dive would only be 4 meters deep. What would you do in such a situation? Of course, you would contact your booking agent who in our case was Thrillophilia. The agent pretended to care about the situation and stated that he was having a chat with the diving company, reassuring us that the issue would be resolved within five minutes. But guess what? We had our gear on, ready to dive, and after waiting for 40 minutes, the diving company failed to answer any calls. We were stuck in a lurch.

But wait, there's more!

In the meantime, the team at Thrillophilia edited the activity information from 60 ft dive to 20 ft and claimed that this was the activity that had been booked and that they do not provide 60 ft deep dives!

I know this is shocking, but I urge the team at Thrillophilia to stop scamming people's hard-earned money by displaying fake activities on their platform.

Had quite a terrible experience with Thrillophilia and Rayna Tours. Their support is absolutely the worst, and no one ever attends to your calls during your trip. I booked a 7-day tour with Thrillophilia and they subcontracted Rayna Tours to arrange my land package. The first day was a disaster as they missed my first private tour to Ain Dubai, and they made me wait all evening. During the entire conversation, they never picked up my calls and only kept on tagging different people on WhatsApp. Finally, they cancelled my trip because they claimed they were not aware of my flight timings. Please refer to the screenshots for proof.

As if that was not enough, they missed the private pickup planned from Atlantis at 7:30 PM, and I had to wait outside for a whole hour. They promised a refund, but to date, they have not responded to that promise. They keep on tagging one person or another during the whole conversation but no one takes responsibility. That was the worst experience ever, and their support sucks. Check the attached screenshots.

Even on the last day, I had a terrible experience with their private transfer to Miracle Garden. My requests to drop me at Dubai Expo were bluntly refused, and they started asking for extra charges. I had to arrange a private transfer at my own expense, and they did not cooperate at all.

Honestly speaking, their entire support team is pathetic, and they can easily ruin your trip no matter how much you pay them. I honestly cannot recommend this company's services to anyone in the future. All other reviews that praise them are fake, so please don't trust them.

It's been two months, and I'm still requesting a refund for the money that I paid for private taxis, yet, they still keep on tagging people without any response. Please refer to the screenshots.

Thrillophilia Review

I have to say, my experience with Thrillophilia has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. It started out great with fantastic communication from their team while I was booking my Ladhak bike trip. However, things took a turn for the worst once the payment was made. It seems like after they get what they want, they leave you stranded without any backup support.

Currently, on the second day of my trip, there is no backup team in sight, even though it was promised. The assurance of multiple backups, a doctor, leaders, 3 to 5 star hotels, and good-conditioned bikes becomes void as soon as they get paid. The coordination between Thrillophilia and their vendors is non-existent. Our itinerary was changed just 4 days before the tour, and the reasons provided were inadequate.

When we landed in Leh, there was utter chaos. Nobody had a clue about our hotel bookings, and the coordinator was not reachable. Despite several attempts, we couldn't get in touch with Thrillophilia coordinators. We had to wait for almost two hours in reception just to get a confirmation. Furthermore, the promises made about the number of bikers per batch and resources for each batch were incorrect. Our batch comprised of 38 bikers, while the resources were promised for only 12.

What's worse is the continuous change in our leader. We don't receive reporting calls or any information about the upcoming journey. And when we do, it's from a reckless and dishonest leader named Parth, who calls himself the outdoor expert of Thrillophilia. The promised mouth-watering breakfast turned out to be oily poha and tasteless omelet for the last three days.

To sum it up, Thrillophilia is a scam. They will promise you anything just to convert you for your trip. Once they get the payment, they will leave you to fend for yourself. The lack of coordination and communication is astonishing, and the promises made are far from the actual experience. I still don't know who our leader is or which company I'm traveling with even till this date.

Went on a 7-day trip to Manali with Thrillophilia and had a terrible experience. Booking ID BKDQEOEBL6S.

First day was a total disaster. Due to irresponsible handling of itinerary, we missed our booked Volvo to Manali and had to take an alternative last-minute arrangement. It turned out to be an unpleasant journey with no assistance from Thrillophilia.

Things didn't get better on the second day. We got the worst driver ever with a rude attitude. We complained to Thrillophilia but they did nothing about it. The day's trip was a no-show and we had to organize our own tour with a local taxi.

The third day was not any better. We got the same driver who misguided us on the availability of a tour and took us to an alternative place which was not that good. We were just dropped at the market in Manali and hurried to leave soon to our hotel.

On the fourth day, we got the same driver again who showed up 4 hours late! This ruined the journey to our next destination, Jibhi. When we asked to stop at Kullu, the driver took us to a random shop and claimed it to be a Kullu sightseeing.

The fifth day was no different - We got an Alto instead of a Sedan for the journey to Shimla.

Even in Shimla, we faced issues. The agent told us that the roads were blocked and we couldn't visit many places due to snowfall. However, when we checked with the hotel staff, they informed us that the roads were open. We couldn't visit the market until 11 as our agent kept telling us the roads were closed. Then, in the evening, the driver rushed us to leave the market at 6 even though our bus was at 9, leaving us in the middle of the street at the bus stop.

The final nail in the coffin was the night journey, where we were promised semi-sleeper seats, but got pushback seats instead. When we asked, they told us that they were the same.

Even after the trip, we contacted Thrillophilia about the issues faced, but they didn't listen properly and offered us a refund of only 2k out of the 54k we paid. We understand that some trips were missed due to snowfall, but it was the driver's negligence and the agency's irresponsible handling of the tour that ruined the entire trip. We received no proper compensation or response from Thrillophilia. It was a terrible experience.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Thrillophilia regarding two bookings that I made with them. The booking IDs are BKDJBDFZVXN and BKDS72SOUSO, made under the name of Mr. Parth from New Delhi on December 26th and 27th, 2021, respectively. There were several discrepancies, unfair trade contracts, and unfair trade practices involved in booking these services. Despite several phone calls, I have not received any solution to the issue I have faced during the activity.

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Section 1, Sub-clause (46) "unfair contract" and (47) "unfair trade practice" are defined as any contract between a manufacturer, trader or service provider and a consumer, which causes significant changes in the rights of the consumer. This includes imposing unreasonable charges, obligations, or conditions, which put the consumer at a disadvantage. In this regard, I would like to bring to your notice the following problems with the booking IDs.

We booked Scuba Diving In Dubai for around 8 people, costing approximately Rs. 37,200 + Rs. 12,400 = Rs. 49,600. When making the reservation, the Thrillophilia website stated that the scuba dive activity would be up to 60 feet deep. We booked the activity keeping this in mind and travelled to Dubai from India via New Delhi.

We received the booking confirmation via email and also received assistance via Whatsapp using the number (+[protected]). However, on December 28th, 2021, around 11:45 AM Indian time, a third party informed us that our scuba dive would only go to about 15-20 feet and not the earlier promised 60 feet. When contacting the Thrillophilia representative, we were told that the activity we had booked was for 60 feet. However, we were left stranded on the beach, fully equipped, and dressed in scuba jackets with no choice but to call Thrillophilia representatives repeatedly on the given number.

Despite being a long-term customer of Thrillophilia, we did not expect such harassment and exploitation. We have screenshots, phone conversations, and booking IDs to support our claims. We were promised a quick resolution and solution by Miss Rubal/Rupal, but despite numerous phone calls and messages, we have yet to receive any response from the Thrillophilia team.

Thrillophilia's representatives have given absurd statements in response to our complaint. We have several questions to be added to your investigation:

1. Did your website sell us the voucher with the advertisement of 60 feet Scuba Diving at Rs. 6,200?
2. Why was there a delay of 2 hours in responding to the service when repeated calls were dialed by the consumer?
3. Did Thrillophilia edit the scuba diving link on their website after the activity was completed?
4. Did any Thrillophilia representative inform me prior or post-booking that the 60 feet Scuba diving required professional PADI certificates?
5. Did the operator give any option to refund for the same activity?

In addition, we have tried to contact Thrillophilia representatives repeatedly, but no one provided a solution to our problem. We paid for a 60 feet activity, but we were not provided the same service and were instead placed in such an unfair situation that being a consumer was difficult. With the services being provided, we were disadvantaged, exploited, and harassed.

We would request a response to our complaint as soon as possible. This conversation will be recorded and used against you in future criminal and civil proceedings according to the Consumer Protection Act 2019. We have suffered losses and incurred expenses of Rs. 49,600 and an additional AED 580 for travel charges for coming from Sharjah.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that Thrillophilia's ethics and fairness policy need to be reevaluated. As a consumer, I was never asked or given an option of a refund by the operator, nor was your team ready to provide a solution to my problem. Owing to the unfair trade practices and consumer exploitation, this notice is being brought to you. Failing to comply with this notice, we shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressing my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal, as are warranted by law.

So let me tell y'all something, me and my squad booked a tour with Thrillophilia 'cause we heard they were the cheapest in town. We were excited to explore Sikkim and Darjeeling! However, our excitement turned into frustration when we realized that these folks were not about to pick us up on time for sightseeing. We was sitting there at 2 AM confused as heck, not knowing which vehicle was goin' to pick us up at 9 AM the next day. Let me just say, the ground staff and managers we talked to were some straight-up liars. This ain't no exaggeration y'all - worst travel experience of my life. I wouldn't dare recommend nobody to use em again. Don't make the same mistake as we did, beware of this agency.

This trip was such a mess that I ended up paying an additional 6100 rupees. Thrillophilia charged me an extra 1000, and the taxi which was supposed to be included in the 16k package suddenly cost 600 rupees. I also had to pay 500 for the chair car, and finally, I had to pay for my own room, which cost me 2500 rupees extra! It was a nightmare.

The rooms in Pipplekoti were way below standard, unclean, and didn't have any quilts provided. The weather was freezing cold, but there were no arrangements made to keep us warm. It was impossible to bear the sub-zero temperatures. I got sick and I still haven't fully recovered, even after one week after the disastrous trip. Honestly speaking, I regret opting for Thrillophilia.

I would not recommend anyone else to use Thrillophilia for their trips and outings. It's better to plan and execute the trip ourselves rather than to rely on them and face the consequences of their mismanagement. I hope this review will help other people avoid making the same mistakes.
