I have been purchasing clothing from ThredUp for 4 years. It's hit or miss. Most of the time, items described as "Excellent" have obviously been washed, worn, and have issues (holes, threads/seams coming apart, stains). When I receive a polka dot box with my orders, I check everything out and am very liberal about what I can repair. A few times I've had issues with items that were egregiously mis-described. I contacted customer service and was either refunded and provided with a free label to return the times. This last order, same thing: everything had issues but two items were unusable and not at all as measured or described. I contacted customer service with order #s, screenshots and photos and have been ignored for two weeks. At one point an unfriendly person named Esperanza told me that one of the items was "Final Sale." Gee, no kidding but I am keeping it and want a refund since it was not accurately represented. I am done with ThredUp. It could have been a great business model that worked and was a win-win for all, but they cut corners for profit and it's too risky to purchase from them. Look at pics of what they photographed and described vs. what came in their polka dot box.

Desired outcome: Refund for items not as described and apology for treating me so poorly when I was a loyal customer
