My unemployment claim was approved months ago and I applied for jobs each week of the 9 weeks I was to receive my unemployment funds of $123 per week. I have been unable to pull those funds from the bank account they appear in because the password won't work. I also should have received the $600 per week federal assistance during this same time for 9 weeks. So far, I have received no funds. Repeated attempts to talk to someone from the VEC have been unsuccessful. The phone number has a recording that says all reps are busy and then it hangs up. I have even gone to a VEC facility and they won't see me as they say they don't handle unemployment concerns! I have emailed the Director of the VEC and received no answer to my email. I am with out funds to pay my mortgage, buy food or pay utilities. I need someone to at least speak with me about my situation.
