Craig Wyld searches for clients at business networking events promising tried and trusted methods to support small businesses to grow sales and profit through his Rapid Results Program. His fees are in the range of $3000 for which you receive:
A one hour consultation/fact finding interview
An information folder containing unremarkable and largely rehashed exercises to identify marketing shortfalls
The promise of a personalised marketing/action plan
Up to 6 months open access coaching
What you get is the marketing shortfall you have identified with no real actions to remedy and nothing resembling what marketing experts would consider constitutes a marketing plan. What was provided was a commentary on the shortfalls and trite motivational tips such as placing visionary pictures around your home/office.
If you get three hours of his effort to produce these results you should consider yourself lucky. Repeated attempts to get Craig to deliver what he promises only result in excuses and further failure to deliver.
$1000 per hour for no results is bad value in anyones book. I would strongly urge anyone considering using The Profit Doctor that this would be a non profitable exercise.

Rodney, Craig is fully aware of the complains as above. I personally contacted Craig on 3-4 occasions and have it all in writing. He has failed to rectify these issues raised and he also failed to maintain his guarantee. I asked Craig for a refund so I could spend the money on actual business coaching not the flimsy advice Craig offers.
I work in the same industry as Craig here in Brisbane and have been aware of his activities over the past ten years or so. Craigs reputation is second to none and as a competitor (I coach micro businesses) I certainly aspire to his capacity to simplify and clarify specific business situations and turn them around.
Craigs reputation is to only work with people who are willing to see things in a new light and to make real effort to change how they do things. If people don't follow his sugestions and don't access his support they will fail to gain results.
Brisbane is a pretty small town when it comes to the business coaching industry - There are people who deserve criticism but Craig Wylde is not one of them. I sugest that the above person (both complaints do appear to be from the same person) actually re-reads the original agreement and actually calls Craig and accesses the support promised therein! I know several of the people who's testimonials appear on his website - I believe them to be genuine I really do!

The Profit Doctor is a non profitable exercie for anyone in business. Beware of the talk and hype around what Craig offers. You will throw away $3000 and gain nothing that assists in making your business profitable. Craig offers no value at all.
Yes I agree, I have also been a victim of The Non -Proft Dr - it has cost me my advertising budget for the year - with no results. Craig Wyld meets people at networking places and appears to be very well versed in the area of marketing and business, in reality a good story-teller.
After spending the best part of 4 hours filling in questions in a booklet provided by CRaig, I received my 2 hour meeting - booklet returned with highlighted areas and ticks. Time elapsed before I was able to realise that this was the culmination of the whole Profit Dr experience.
He offers a guarantee that your sales will increase "rapidly" using his sytem. In effect there is no value...
and it appears no refund to back the guarantee.
