My government check was simply running late in the mail from Workforce services (that's the gov agency who was in control of my income at the time this took place) and cuz they were bombarded with the amount of benefit cases to process it caused a delay and cuz of this reason first time I'd ever been late with my rent , was 17 days late when this eviction with this law firm was filed. I was on section 42, Cullimore Jr the Senator went before the ut Senate his coworkers claiming tenants on government subsidized housing were more likely to create debt for him and his law firm during the pandemic the ut Senate approved him to team up with Workforce services to create a state fund with the sole purpose of paying him for every single government subsidized tenant he evicted during the eviction ban. I fell into his category being on section 42 so to ensure he received his judgment for my case so the state of Utah would pay hime the 10 grand he wants for this eviction he sabotaged my credit ( he's also a debt collector) by prematurely adding this eviction this began appearing on my record before we even had the first hearing little loan before receiving a judgment. He knew this was going to cause me homelessness he knew nobody will rent to somebody with an eviction especially one from his law firm in the state of Utah nobody will rent to anybody with an eviction on the record. This Utah senator / debt collector / eviction attorney purposely caused my children and I homelessness during a worldly pandemic crisis to ensure he received his judgment to get that fat check from the state of Utah 2 days before we had to be out of the apartment we tested positive my kids and I I have twins at this time they had just turned 18 we tested positive for covid-19 I contacted him through email because that's how everybody was communicating at this time I begged him I told him I would pay any amount of money he wanted right then and there along with our test results and a doctor's statement explaining my son had a 65% chance of needing a ventilator to help him recover through covid and with all that he said not important enough and had us physically thrown out into the streets knowing we were homeless because he caused it knowing we had covid threw us out in the streets when we had covid-19 103 temperatures homeless with my kids having a nervous breakdown at the same time I have PTSD because of this eviction we lost everything we owned in the state of Utah you have 15 days to contact the property manager and their attorneys to make arrangements to get your things so while my kids and I were sick with covid in my vehicle parked out in the middle of nowhere so we didn't pass this virus on anybody else trying to contact the property manager and this law firm they never answered our calls they never returned our emails and they threw everything we owned in the dumpster 15 days later it took 21 days for us to test negative by the way for covid however we lost everything we owned all because my benefit check from Workforce services was simply running late in the mail nine days after the first hearing I finally received my check in the mail from Workforce services and tried to pay what I owed to the property manager and she refused my money said she wasn't allowed to talk to me during the time when property managers were supposed to work with their tenants especially government subsidized tenants she said she wasn't allowed to talk to me this wasn't the ruling from the judge '90s prior who ruled there was nothing the courts could do not until the moratorium expired this was the advice from her attorneys because I fell into his category this man was literally setting me up from day one we were thrown out July 2nd of 2021 before the moratorium expired the Utah judges allowed this to happen to us allowed this law firm to throw us out into the streets knowing we were homeless while we were sick with covid at the same time following chief justice Durant's administrative order for courtrooms procedures during the pandemic they protected themselves from the public for over a year saying to help prevent the spread of covid and yet condoning throwing us out into the streets while we were sick with covid how contradicting and hypocritical is this I am homeless still to this day because of this incident I am tired I want my life back I lost my cleaning business because of the pandemic having to start over from what the pandemic did to me financially alone is bad enough having to start over from what these guys did to me purposely I will never be able to get all my feet again I can't even rent a tent down by the river because of this eviction what am I supposed to do I never received a fair hearing how could I receive a fair hearing from a judge that is protecting themselves from the public and condone throwing us out into the streets when we were sick with covid I didn't try to stay for free I tried to pay what I owed this was the first time I had ever been late with my rent because the property manager had a problem with me and her attorneys making money on this pandemic I need help

Desired outcome: 5 million compensation and an expungement on this eviction
